> Quiet Hours 10pm-6am

> No generator use at night without cause.

> All pets must be leashed when outside.

> Owners must clean up after their pets.

> No ATVs

> No trees, dead or alive, are to be cut or otherwise used

> All fires are to be kept in fire rings

> No glass in the pool or playground areas.

Yearly Rates
Sewer, Water & Electric (Long-term yearly rate) -
$200 per month
Sewer, Water & Electric (Price to live) - $250 per month

Water & Electric (Price to live) - $160.00 per month
Water & Electric (to use less than 20 days monthly)
$150 per month

Non-Annual Monthly Rates
Sewer, water & electric - $220.00
Water & electric - $200.00

Cabins
Cabin D, plus propane & electric - $350 per month
Cabin E, including propane & electric - $325.00 per month
Cabin F, including propane & electric - $350.00 per month

Non-guests pool per person, any age - $5.00
Non-guests shower per person, any age - $3.00

All children under the age of twelve stay for free.
